Happy Friday

Happy Friday all.
I had a lovely 5k run along the very calm beach to start the day off.
With all that’s going on with Covid, I hope you are staying well and safe and not letting this get you down too much. A friend mentioned the 3 L’s last week – live, love, laugh – this is my new mantra and I’m grateful to be healthy and alive.
Now back to my day job, of supporting my clients with their business.

Have you been working from home due to coronavirus?

Have you been working from home (even for part of the week) due to coronavirus?
If you have been working from home even for part of the week due to coronavirus, please check out the link from Martin Lewis where HMRC have confirmed that if you have worked from home for one day since the 6th April, you can claim tax relief for the whole year.

You Never Achieve Success Unless You Like What You Are Doing

You never achieve success unless you like what you are doing.
A famous quote by Dale Carnegie – a writer and lecturer.

I took a risk by leaving a corporate job and starting my own Virtual Assistant business and it has been the best decision I made. I work with fabulous clients and enjoy coming to work so I can support them, allowing them to build their business.

Never let anything hold you back – life is a journey, enjoy it.

HMRC Tax Payment Deferral 2019/2020

HMRC is reminding taxpayers that anyone who has difficulty paying their second 2019/2020 self-assessment payment on account can defer the payment until 31 January 2021. Around 2.7 million taxpayers are eligible for deferral, of which 1.3 million are self-employed.

Really Useful PA Business Anniversary

5 years ago on 23rd June, Really Useful PA was launched and I would like to thank old, new and existing clients for supporting my business by allowing me to support you and yours.

I thoroughly enjoy doing what I do and couldn’t wish for nicer clients.

Thanks also to all my friends and family for their continued support.

Big thanks also go to my fabulous husband for his hard work in completing my gorgeous garden office and to all the people who helped to make the build possible (www.astragroupuk.uk)
