It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, but for some people, their life is on hold as they feel they aren’t able to speak out or admit that they are suffering.
Always remember you don’t have to struggle in silence, help is always there for you.

Why not try doing a bit of yoga, which helps stress. If you’re like me and work at a desk all day, there are even poses you can do from your chair.
